Position	Maintenance Supervisor
Location	Mussafah (U.A.E.)
Primary Purpose Of The Job
Responsible in organizing all activities of the Maintenance Department, carrying out Repair and Preventive Maintenance of all Plant Machinery and Vehicles. To ensure that all Safety Procedures are strictly followed & practices involve are always environmentally friendly.
Principal Accountabilities
Prepares schedule of Preventive Maintenance Schedule of all Plant Machinery and Vehicles. Maintains a Register of all Plant Machinery and Vehicles with all technical details including repair and breakdown history. Prepare checklist of preventive maintenance work to be carried out and designate maintenance crew. Attend to all equipment breakdowns and ensure that repair and maintenance is carried out effectively to reduced downtime. Maintain all equipment manual and operating instruction/ parts catalogue from manufacturers and suppliers for reference. Identify and order spare parts to keep in stock to avoid downtime that will affect the production. Assess, study, proposed equipments for upgrading, scrapping and purchase of new equipment. Responsible for organizing repair and maintenance of equipments that require a service of specialist from Germany. Responsible for co-ordinating with production dept. so that repair and maintenance work of equipments is carried out without affecting the production. Resolve any technical problems and give support to the maintenance crew.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanic al Engineering or Five years experience in the same scope of work. Must be able to read and interpret electrical/mechanic al/pneumatic and hydraulic drawings and diagrams. Knowledge with industrial softwares and hardwares. Computer literate. Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral.
