- As a Sales Manager, you will focus on our corporate and individual clients The essential functions of the sales manger' is to achieve a goal of sales growth which is determined each year for overall sales in the business plan and support the development of marketing materials to strengthen organization' s brand name . Sales managers organize, motivate and lead sales teams in a wide range of market sectors In conjunction with your regular supervisory sales duties the sales and manager has to support the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Other responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and loss prevention are also essential .
