· Balance off at end of month and produce journal vouchers for cheque register. Verify totals with voucher payable register.

· Draw cheques for travel agency commissions and record.

· Send cheques to Controller and General Manager for signature.

· File all information (invoices and back-up documents).

· Reconcile suppliers statements with records of payments.

· Prepare list of accruals for all unpaid items or services received.

· Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Assistant or Financial Controller.

Experience

1- 10 years experience and at least 5 years as accounts payable.

2- Very good English and computer skills

3- Coordination abilities.
