1. Solid Technical project management experience

2. 5 years experience in software development with at least 2 years experience in software project or product management

3. Experience in business of ERP and/or CRM applications is preferred

4. Good software development background.

5. Strong communication& presentation skills

6. Fluent English Spoken & written

7. Distinctive analytical skills.

8. Problem solving skills.

9. BS in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred

10. PMP certified is a plus
