Java Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant technical degree (Advanced degree desirable.)

• 6+ years of experience in software development, 2+ in a team leader position.

• Experience with a multinational company.

• Attentive to detail and committed to quality

• Ability to supervise and lead software engineers.

• Successfully deliver software solutions and products.

• A comprehensive understanding and experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, implementation, testing and delivery.

• Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills.

• Technical knowledge of Windows and LINUX systems and related applications.

• A hand on experience in Java, J2EE, JSP. Mobile Application Development is a plus.

• Superior analytical, problem-solving, communication & leadership abilities

Senior Software Engineer- Java

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

• 4+ years of experience in software development.

• Strong database skills, including schema design and query optimization, especially using MySQL.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the following technologies/ products:

1. HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS. Experience in AJAX technologies is a plus.

2. Java, Servlets, JSP, JSF, Spring Framework.

3. Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, Linux.

4. XML/SOAP/Web Services.

Plus Qualifications:

• Experience in developing for mobiles J2ME or Symbian

• SUN Certified.

• Experience in ORM (i.e. Hibernate or TopLink)

• Experience using J2EE Frameworks (i.e. Spring, Struts, Hibernate)

• Experience in J2EE patterns, UML and CASE tools.

• Experience in Software Development Processes (i.e. RUP, SCRUM or GS)

• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture concepts and tools.
