projects (Industrial city, cables factories, ceramics factories,
commercial & prestigious offices building, high raise building).
Projects Management Office Manager (PMO) – Projects Manage 1_
We prefer the candidate with Civil or Architecture background with
experience in Mega projects like mega instrustrial cities, prestigious
commercial & admin buildings, high rise buildings, land development
and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Ensure project requirements and deliveries are achieved in a timely
fashion and within budget guidelines.
Determines project costs and Performs cost/benefit analysis of actions
and initiatives
Monitor projects with various forms, processes and other items as needed
project management planning, schedule tracking, resource utilization
and leveling, budget vs. actual reporting and quality management.
• Work with project managers to meet project management requirements
of each contract.
• Support Project Manager Negotiation with customer regarding PM
requirements in each contract
• Assist with Program Financials outline i.e. Capital Expenditure
review and tracking.
• Manage the five project management process groups flow from one
phase into another beginning with initiating, planning, executing,
controlling and closing.
• Establish status reporting standards, measurement standards, and
communication standards for projects
• Provide central Project Administration support for various projects.
• Participate in the deployment of Project Management toolset
• Ensures compatibility and consistency with existing architectural
and enterprise standards.
• Ensure program and projects stakeholders are fully informed of
project status and performance with respect to schedule, cost,
deliverable quality and risk.
• Provide hands-on project management and actively manage project
plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome for selected project(s)
as approved by senior management and key stakeholders
• Define (scope) and implement project plans in accordance with the
client's needs through proposal scoping and through project start up,
execution and completion.
• Define implement and operate standard procedures and tools for the
following activities at the program level: risk management, scope
management, status reporting, knowledge management, resource management.
• Select on-board and orient the team that will be assigned to this
project.
• Define and determine role of project management in each project,
including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member.
• Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key
stakeholders and governance bodies
• Define and manage overall change control processes and quality
assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
• Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation
process through interaction with project constituents and stakeholders.
• Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify
strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.
• Define and implement the appropriate change management strategy and
plans.
The following skills are required:
• Should have 10-12 years solid experience of solid management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of key knowledge areas within the
Project Management Institutes Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK).
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong consultant image, intellectual flexibility, work ethic and
interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Contracts Admin. & contracts standards
like FIDIC
• Good knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM)
• Good Knowledge of international standardization organization (ISO)
principles
• Good Knowledge of Customer relation Management (CRM)
Senior Project Manager (Mega Projects)
Qualifications required:
- Minimum 10 yrs experience in large scale projects with well known
project management or construction companies.
- Civil or architectural engineering background, project management
study is preferable.
- Should have experience in big scale projects like industrial cities
and commercial and administrative buildings.
- Aware of systems and software required.
- Dealing with reputed consultants, developers and contractors.
- Project planning, cost control, monitoring and timely completion,
contract management and resource management.
- Having previous experience in project management for industrial
cities or commercial and administrative buildings.
Mechanical Eng. – Section Head:
Qualifications required:
• BSc Mechanical Engineering, project management study is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years experience in large scale projects with
consultants, contractors or projects management companies.
• Experience in Design and design review of all Mechanical Systems
(Heating ventilation detailing , mechanical shop drawings ,HVAC, Fire
Fighting, Fire Alarm, FM200, CO2 System, Deluge System, Plumbing,
Drainage, and others etc
• Liaise and coordinate with the consultant and contractors in respect
to the electro-mechanical designs, tender documentation, load
calculations, (BOQ), SPECS.
• Review and monitor mechanical submittals and scope of work variations.
• Should have experience in preparation of design layouts and project
related drawings.
• Interpret owner and operator requirements to ensure incorporation
into the design.
• Awareness of latest international standards, codes and recommended
tests.
• Propose Value Engineering Options; Implement Actions & Cost Saving
Methods.
• To coordinate with Client / Owner & ensure his requirements are
incorporated in Design.
• Aware of planning and scheduling.
• Aware of the design software.

Electrical Eng. – Section Head:

• Review / Approval of Design Drawings from Consultants.
• Review / Approval of Shop Drawings from MEP Contractors.
• To coordinate with Local Authorities & ensure that the Design
Drawings fully comply with Local Authority Rules & Regulations.
• To coordinate with Client / Owner & ensure his requirements are
incorporated in Design.
• Propose Value Engineering Options; Implement Actions & Cost Saving

Value Engineering Specialist. – VES
Job Summary:
• VES is responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the
profitability, cost saving and the achievement of the total customer
satisfaction.
• VES is responsible for arranging and participating in Value
Engineering workshops, at agreed upon milestones, and present the
result to the owner for consensus.
• VES and his team are responsible for supporting the company's vision
and mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing professional advice and guidance related to implementing
Value Methodology throughout the company.
• Executing value engineering studies and other activities in support
of the company's project value improvement objectives.
• Using a powerful Value Methodology that reduces costs while
maintaining or improving performance and quality requirements.
• Selecting and leading a multi disciplines team (Architecture,
Structure, Electromechanical… etc) to apply the Value Engineering
methodology, the members will represent a diverse background and
experience that Incorporates all the knowledge required to fully cover
the issues and objectives of the project. Typically these include
cost, estimating, procurement/ materials, and those technical
disciplines unique to the project such as design, manufacturing,
construction, environmental, and marketing.
• Translating company Value Engineering objectives into strategies and
tasks, including conducting Value Engineering workshops and
presentations.
• Developing Value Engineering guidelines and procedures for the Company.
• Conducting Value Engineering studies on any process or procedure
that has impact on or challenges surrounding budget constraints,
safety issues, and/or environmental impact.
• Utilizing standard industrial engineering techniques such as flow
charting, yield analysis, and value added task analysis to gather
essential data.
• Applying Value Methodology during planning stages and for
project/program management control by developing function models with
assigned cost and performance parameters.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Chartered Engineer and/or membership
of an internationally recognized professional engineering association
like PMI, AACE, SAVE International or others.
• Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in construction
management and in turnkey project management, including several years
as a supervisor and as a manager of large construction projects, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction activities: engineering,
construction technologies and management of on-site work.
• Knowledge of International Green Building Standards (LEED, HQE…) is
a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and orally, including
situations requiring negotiation with Client, Consultants and
Contractors representatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various Client
stakeholders, including country teams and colleagues and government
officials; to search for common ground and where appropriate to
recommend decisive action.
• Ability to deal sensitively in multi-cultural environments and
discuss sensitive issues with confidence and finesse; to inspire trust
and confidence in Client and colleagues at all levels; willingness to
adjust to and prioritize a variety of complex evolving tasks.
Contracts & Commercial Manager
Qualifications required:
• Minimum 7 years experience - Contracts Management role in large
scale projects with reputed companies.
• Degree qualified in Engineering.
• Prepare and manage Contract Documentation.
• Capable of managing multiple large scale projects packages.
• Used to work with international standard contract (FIDIC).
• Coordinate with the Contractors and Design Team and the Client.
• Responsible for the commercial management of contract with relevant
members to ensure contracts are meeting with budgets and standards.
• Experience with the processes and procedures of foreign trade ( L/C,
insurance, customs, shipment and the international trade issues)
