Responsibilities:

• Developing creative executions. Handling creative direction through execution for all assignments.
• Supporting processes and procedures, Project Management and Editorial to ensure efficient workflow.
• Developing creative presentations for review by PM and client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in design, interactive media, art direction.
• An online portfolio.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with an ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to think creatively and conceptually, in order to understand instructional, marketing and other business owner needs and translate them into graphic and World Wide Web designs.
• Strong knowledge of user-interface design, web page layout and navigation methodology.
• Ability to be strategic in viewing project requirements.
• Ability to manage and deliver cohesive end product.
• Ability to concept, execute and manage brand/trend right creative solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• The candidate Should be expert in the following areas of knowledge:
  • Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver/ Frontpage, Flash animation, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
• Good Knowledge in the following areas is a PLUS:
  • Flash scripting (Action Script), Adobe After Effect & .Net.
