(A) PIPING ENGINEER (Ref. 01)
Duties:
- Preparation of Plot Plan, Equipment Layouts, and G.A. drawings.
- Modeling PIPING DESIGN in 3D Design module, 2D drafting and complete plant layout modeling.
- Piping Isometric generation in Iso draft module (IPE) and Clash checking through Microstation Based software.
- Piping Design per ASME B31.1, B31.3 & B31.4
- Preparation of Detailed Piping Isometrics and Material Take-off
Work Involved:
- 3D Modeling of Piping and Equipments in Microstation.
- Preparation of Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts, General Arrangement drawings, Detailed Piping layouts (Composite Drawings).
- Extraction of Piping Isometrics from Microstation in Iso-Draft Module (IPE).
Required Experience:
- Approximately 10~15 years experience in Power Plant complex design.
- Must be able to take designs from concepts to detail drawing release.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- CADD Application programs as Microstation, AutoCAD & PDS.
(B) Plant Design Piping Support Engineer (Ref. 02)
- Piping support design for critical and non critical piping.
- Ability to use engineering formulus for calculation of pipe supports.
- Working with 3D modeling for Modeling Pipe supports Components.
- Drafting Support Detailed Drawing for fabrication.
Required Experience:
- Approximately 5~10 years experience in Power Plant complex design.
- Must be able to take designs from concepts to detail drawing release.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- CADD Application programs as Microstation, AutoCAD & PDS.
(C) Plant Design Piping Stress Analysis Engineer (REF 03)
- Familiar with Design Code requirements for analyzing complex piping systems.
- Familiar with Power Plant Operation modes and how to simulate different conditions onto Analysis programs.
- Ability to analyze piping system in Static, Dynamic, Thermal, Wind, Seismic, and any faulted conditions that piping systems exposed to.
- Ability to Inspect and check the installed Piping & Supports at job sites are functionally acceptable as per the stress analysis design.
Required Experience:
- Approximately 5~10 years experience in Power Plant complex design.
- Must be able to take designs from concepts to detail drawing release.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Piping Stress Analysis Programs as CAESAR, AUTOPIPE, etc.
- CADD Application programs as Microstation, AutoCAD & PDS.
