Responsibilities:
1. Handle customers’ inquires over the telephone providing the right and full information according to the contact center guidelines.
2. Resolve customers’ complaints and problems, within boundaries of authority, distributes issues for further escalation to appropriate persons/teams.
3. Take customers orders and create opportunities for up-selling and cross selling (where applicable).
4. Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management.
5. Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management.

Assistant Project Manager (Planner & scheduler)
Company Activity: Engineering/ Construction.
Location: Abu Dhabi , UAE.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a PCM (project control management) lead position in major construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of Primavera P3 planning software.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the master project schedule and detailed schedules.
  • Prepare the package dictionaries (contracts and purchase orders) and ensure follow-up of modifications to the packaging strategy.
  • Identify all deviations from the baseline as well as implement corrective actions.
  • Perform detail follow-up on the progress of engineering and construction based on the earned value methodology.
  • Manage the integration of planning and project control efforts for EPC efforts on the project.
  • Scope Management and be involved in the negotiation of scope changes with the client.
  • Work with lead planner and cot control supervision to ensure that control systems are adequate and are meeting reporting requirements.
  • Implement the tracking and monitoring systems for progress reporting on both physical and invoicing progress for engineering, procurement and construction.
  • Interface with project manager for problem solving issues or best solutions in terms of problems relating to schedule.
  • Interface with corporate teams for project follow-ups and repoting.

Actually, my ambition is to be Administration Manager in aday, this is my main objective, i have more than 10 years of experience on admin working at multinational companies, during my working i obtained my bachelor degree from cairo university in accounting and auditing, and i am also planning to have MBA degree, i am very ambitious, but regretfully i did not have a chance to have a position deputy Admin manager and then to be Admin manager.
