A big company in the Real Estate Filed is looking for a highly skilled IT support person "Managerial Position" specialized in Apple Computers. The candidate should satisfy the following:
* Have extensive and long experience with Apple technology, including hardware, software and networking.
* Highly educated in related fields.
* Has good leadership and training skills to work with all levels in the company.

* Willing to be part of a fast-paced team leading its market in the use of IT.
The following are the duties of the job holder:
Duties and responsibilities of the candidate
1. Sets up long term IT plans and strategy, standards, processes, policies and procedures; Monitor, update, and maintain the standards and procedures .
2. Develops the Manages business applications to deliver on the different corporate activities of all company sites and ensure providing prompt response to their problems related to the supported applications
3. Provides IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, wide area networks, IT security and telecommunication and ensure the flexibility, alignment to corporate infrastructural architectural standards, and support to business needs taking into consideration all the organizational changes that happen when upgrading or replacing legacy system.
4. Proposes, agrees and delivers IT services to defined service level agreement
5. Design and manage several projects plans including deadlines, milestones…etc. and analyzes all the related business processes.
6. Handling all various vendors and negotiations for the best terms of Mena.
7. Extends support to company staff for IT related issues through a professional support team.
8. Manages the IT department including staff appraisals, developing pay review, career development…. .etc.
