Senior web/graphic designer required
Company Overview
We are a leading IT-company currently having customers worldwide and we are a global leader in providing solutions for web, desktop and mobile applications. In addition to our outsourcing activity we have our own software products. The company has partnerships with other leading companies in the world.
We are now seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer to join a fast paced Development Team. He/She will be working with teams of talented developers, experienced designers, and usability experts in the creation of web-based business solutions. This position will be based in our Cairo office.
Job Description
• Graphics/web designing
• Design websites and UI for web applications
• Conceptualizing, Visualization, and Designing of Websites and multimedia projects
• Understand requirements and give recommendations to enable the work to
be designed in the highest quality experience
• Work closely with a full range of staff including information architects, web
developers, and project managers
• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills
• Creative designs with strong sense
• Ability to collaborate and work within a development team, as well as operate independently
• Ability to work effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast changing environment
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Action script, HTML/CSS
• Experience in design principles such as UI, color theory, motion graphics, layout, and typography
• Understanding of the software development life-cycle
• Experience in web designing with knowledge of advanced designing tools
• Excellent personal skills, including communication and teamwork skills.
