1- Job title:	Junior Security/Infrastruc ture Engineers.
Principal responsibilities	1. Install, configure, and maintain different security & networking solutions and related equipment. 2. Implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users. 3. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. 4. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. 5. Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations. 6. Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. 7. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability. 8. Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize system availability. 9. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference. 10. Provide hands-on training for customers as a part of the provided solutions. 11. Provide per-sales activities including presentations and solution design.

· Create and edit Web Contents for our clients' websites

· Write Product Manuals and User Guides as well as Product Pages and Product Brochures text.

· Collaborate with our Product Managers on the organization and preparation of requirements documents

· To research, write, edit and publish the following types of documentation:

o Developers Kit Documentation

o User Guides and Manuals

o User Installation Instructions

o Release Notes

o Reference Guides

o Internal User Documentation

o Creating Technical diagrams

· Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

· Excellent English writing skills

· BS/BA or equivalent work experience

· Strong Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop

· Ability to write for a range of audiences: engineers, authors, producers, educators, grant makers, specialists in a variety of subjects

· Ability to interact/cooperate with product managers, programmers, designers, administrators, teachers, and students as needed

POSITION: Network Engineer

The Network Engineer performs all job assignments with a positive attitude. The Network Engineer will design and deploy local, wide-area, and wireless networks including network servers, routers, switches, hubs, and cable systems. This position reports to the Director of IT.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Perform maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communications links

* Analyze and resolve network hardware, software, and cabling

* Monitor network performance and make adjustments

* Create and maintain network configuration documentation

* Implement and maintain data backup/recovery processes

* Administer corporate network security/firewall solutions and procedures

* Monitor and resolve disruptions, outages, security violations, and attacks on network services

* Administer corporate anti-virus solutions/procedure s and corporate messaging application

* Implement network hardware and software upgrades

* Provide for the automatic distribution of application software and operating system upgrades to end user desktop

* Develop and implement project plans

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Experience in Mail Systems (Experience with MDaemon is a plus)

Experience in Juniper firewalls

Experience in VOIP

Experience in managing windows server and active directory

Experience in Linux is a plus.
