Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must hold either a valid Alberta Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter certification or a Red Seal Inter-provincial Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter certification.
Applicants must have a valid High School Diploma or GED.
Working Conditions:

-This position is based at our Main Plant located 24km north of Fort McMurray.
-Unionized environment
-Shifts Schedule: varies depending on the position
-Safety: Suncor's Journey to Zero is a strategy aimed at eliminating all occupational injuries and illnesses
-Extraction: Crushers and sizers break up the ore for delivery to the extraction plant. At the extraction plant, the raw bitumen is separated from the sand, water and clay and prepared for upgrading.
