GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:

The position reports to General Manager – and is responsible for providing necessary support and carrying out assigned tasks, aimed at achieving business targets, customer satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESULT AREAS/PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Increase / achieve revenue targets.
Enhance customer base.
Ensure customer retention.
Increase cross-sales to existing customers.
Effectively up-selling to existing customers

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop major account strategy and territory plan in view of assessment of past years' sales achievements and annual targets received and ensure account planning is completed by each team member.
Create strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts covered and ensure effective execution from team members.
Develop and manage a healthy and predictable plan that meets or exceeds quota expectations. Hold opportunity reviews with team members regularly and maintain forecast accuracy.
Determine and define yearly commitments and coach and mentor team members.
Hold regular meetings, both formal and informal, 1:1's and team meetings, with team members.
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance; and complete performance reviews and career planning for team members per Company HR processes.
Develop and build relationships with customer executives and coach team members to leverage the appropriate internal and external stakeholders to broaden reach within each lead account.
Work with Marketing and Technical teams on sales support needed to drive sales activities.
Review win/loss proposals periodically and participate in regular meetings with General Manager.
Maintain various reports such as activities report and revenue sheets for respective accounts and forward to senior management for evaluation.
Contributes to and review all major proposals on financial areas to ensure accuracy and effectiveness and negotiate with clients for finalization of projects.
Liaise with HR for matters pertaining to attendance reports, salary slips, leaves, hiring and performance assessment, etc.
Perform any other task as assigned by superior.

Academic / professional Requirements:

.. BS/ Masters / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
.. Competence at influencing others within and outside the organization
At least 4 Years of Professional Experience in Direct Sales Experience
Excellent verbal & written English Communication Skills
Excellent Business & I.T. Product Analysis Skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Out of the Box Thinking
Report & Business Plans writing skills
