Sales agents maximize the sales of the company's website in many different settings. Their role helps to ensure the commercial success of the company. They are involved in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Sales agents are responsible for increasing and developing sales in different areas.

KEY RESULT AREAS/PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Increase / achieve revenue targets.
Enhance customer base.
Ensure customer retention.
Increase cross-sales to existing customers.
Effectively up-selling to existing customers
Job description
Sales executive will usually be responsible for all or some of the followings:
maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
gathering market and customer information;
representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager;
reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets ;
making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's services;

Required
At least 2 Years of Professional Experience in Direct Sales Experience
Excellent organizational and presentation skills;
General understanding of real estate sales
Competence at influencing others within and outside the organization
Excellent verbal & written English Communication Skills
The ability and desire to sell;
Creative Thinking and good problem solving
Report & Business Plans writing skills
A confident and determined approach;
Resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection;
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition;
The skills to work both independently and as part of a team;
The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
Proven record in achieving targets
Good all round PC skills with knowledge of common office applications
Negotiate and close deals effectively
