GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:

The position reports to General Manager – and is responsible for providing necessary support and carrying out assigned tasks, aimed at achieving business targets, customer satisfaction and retention.

Details

Tele-Sales Agents are responsible for increasing and developing sales of the company's website in many different settings. Their role helps to ensure the commercial success of the company. They are involved in identifying new markets and business opportunities.

KEY RESULT AREAS/PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Increase / achieve revenue targets.
Enhance customer base.
Ensure customer retention.
Increase cross-sales to existing customers.
Effectively up-selling to existing customers

Job description

• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
• Contacting customers by telephone, introducing the company services
• Selling over the phone -Keeping good relationship with clients
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Recording sales and order information
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's services

Requirements
• University Degree with at least 4 Years of Professional Experience in Direct Sales or telesales
• Excellent presentation and creative skills
• Excellent verbal & written English Communication Skills
• The ability and desire to sell
• Out of the Box Thinking
• Report writing skills
• A confident and determined approach
• Resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good PC skills
