1. Software Managers

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• SW development experience is a must, embedded is a plus
• Strong management and people leadership skills
• SW Quality & methodology experience and mindset
• Multinational org. experience is a plus

2. Project Leaders

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in software environment
• Minimum 6 years of development/ leadership experience
• Experience in embedded systems development is a plus

3. Software Engineers

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SW validation and C-Programming is a must
• Knowledge of embedded C-programming, Microcontroller architecture, real time design
• Experience in Test bench using emulators/ simulators is a plus
• Experience in Object-oriented programming, C/C++, MFC, Win32 APIs, XML Technology, Matlab scripting is a plus.

4. System Engineers

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Matlab, Simulink, system modeling & simulation, automatic analog/digital control techniques, embedded & real time constraints, DSP filtering
• Thermodynamics, engine management, safety analysis, & automotive background is a plus
