A Multinational Canadian company established in 1911 requires a
Senior Executive Secretary
Company Activity: Engineering/ Construction.
Location: Abu Dhabi , UAE.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience, three in a similar position.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Outlook.
  • Bilingualism, French/English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
  • Team player.
  • Able to prioritize.
  • Discreet, responsible and able to work without supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and tenders.
  • File documents.
  • Check expense reports.
  • Format documents according to company styles while ensuring presentation quality.
  • Make travel reservations.
  • Keep an agenda.
  • Answer the telephone.
  • Organize meetings.
  • Send faxes and digitize documents.
