Job Description

Primary Purpose: Provide customers with in-depth technical product and solution assistance during bidding process. May also provide installation support, product training. Summary of Key Responsibilities: · Provide functional support for Hardware ( Servers - Storage ). · Answer technical and competitive questions from the channel and potential customers. · Perform a consulting role for potential customers. · Traveling to customer site. · Listening to and determining customer needs. · Developing a plan to manage and meet the potential customers needs. · Assist prospects in resolving technical problems. Technical and Functional Skills Required: ·An advanced understanding of business processes, business automation and the document and information distribution challenges that organizations face is required. · Demonstrated ability to understand functional concepts and resolve complex functional problems. · Experience presenting complex functional concepts in a clear manner to customers through implementation period. · Experience integrating solutions with ERP systems will be an advantage. ·Engineering or computer science university degree preferred. · A minimum of 1 to 3 years implementation experience. Behavioral Skills and Competencies Required: · Must be able to work with others in a team environment to achieve common goals. ·Must be able to work in an unstructured and unregulated environment to achieve individual and personal goals. In other words, this person must be able to work as a self-motivated employee to achieve team and individual objectives. · Excellent oral and written English plus strong editing, communications and interpersonal skills required. · Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. ·Positive attitude and Flexible.
