Vacancy: Chief Engineer

Company Activity: Sports/ Hotels/ Tourism.

Location: Heliopolis

Requirements:

1. Electromechanical Engineer.

2. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

3. Very good command of English.

4. Good communication, managerial, financial & organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering division in supporting of all other operating divisions, as well as supplying services as required to the entire operation and maintaining equipment, building and grounds in optimum condition.

2. Prepare the annual and revised Engineering budget with the financial controller and management.

3. Supervise all technical personnel and to delegate duties as required to maintenance staff.

4. Control and monitor all utility consumption and to ensure optimum energy usage.

5. Assume full charge of building maintenance, guest room and public area rehabilitation.

6. Responsible for the implementation of company health & safety procedures and standards.
