| Job Description | : 1.Maintains good relationship with customers.
2.Will be responsible in monitoring work flow in the retail facility.
3.Reviews customer service orders and inspects the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles.
4.Reviews work order to ensure that all actions have been documented according to retail facility policies and procedures
5.Plans and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities
6.Ensures adequate maintenance of tools, equipment’s and other materials in the Service Department
7. Technical qualification equivalent to Auto Mechanic course preferable Mechanical Engineering.
8. Must have at least 2 years experience as Service Advisor.
9. Should be expert in automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
-Basic SALARY: Qrs. 3,000 – 3,500/p.m.
Probationary Period: (6 months probationary period)
Length of Contract: Unlimited
Accommodation (including electricity & water): Company provided (Single Room)
Traveling expenses: Air Ticket going to Qatar for employment will be shouldered by the company then yearly free two way air tickets Doha- _ -Doha
Annual Vacations: 30 days paid leave every year.
Transportation: Company provided (as per company policy)
Other terms and condition is as per Qatar Labor Law and this will be specified in the employment contract.
