| Job qualifications | ü Advanced selling skills ü High inter-personal & communication skills. ü Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department. ü Ability to work outside the office and after official working hours ü Ability to work under pressure. ü Supervision skills. ü Excellent command of English and Arabic languages. ü Own a car and have valid driving license (preferred). ü Experience in selling ERP software preferred (In case of IFY sales team manager position) | ||
| Job responsibilities | § Generate leads for all products within target sectors § Conduct initial visits and find out customer needs § Prepare and deliver demos in cooperation with pre-sales § Develop proposals using standard templates § Complete closing process and ensure revenue collection § Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods § Report in defined format to sales team manager § Follow defined quality and sales procedures while executing sales activities § Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems § Assign leads for supervised sales executives § Track supervisee’s work in terms of quality and effectiveness § Provide supervisee with constructive feedback § Ensure sales executive has sales cycle and procedures knowledge to perform his tasks in a proper way. | ||
