NOC Engineer

within the Middle East market.

TheWayOut is looking for qualified calipers to join its NOC "network
operations center" team.
Role:
1- Monitor Network Core, Distribution, and Access Layers and act
proactively to minimize response time.
2- Record/Update Trouble Tickets for customer complaints/inquires .
3- Trouble shoots customer problems in forms of phone calls, online
communication, and technical-visits.
4- Follow up on pending cases with internal and external relationships
to minimize restore time.
5- Update customers with the status of their open trouble tickets till
closed.
6- Prepare/Send regular reports.

Requirements:

1- Computer Science or Computer Engineering relevant college degree.
2- At least one year experience in similar or related position.
3- Acquired or self studied CCNA or MCSE.
4- Fair knowledge of trouble shooting LANs, wireless LANs and WANs
related problems.
5- Networking hands on experience is a plus.
6- Excellent communication & customer service oriented skills.
7- Very good English language comprehension skills.
8- ¦Fast learner, Team player, self starter, ability to work under
9- pressure, presentable and flexible to work in shifts.
