Candidates should have good working experience in one or more of the following:
1. Core Java programming: a good understanding of the Java language, JFC, Java beans, Java servlets, and Java Server Pages.
2. Java Web programming: 2 tiers and 3 tiers web applications, including RDBMS connections.
3. MySQL administration.

All candidates should have:
A bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to work in team.
Specialized certifications are a plus.
