As a Sales Manager, the essential functions of the sales manager, Set the sales targets for the local markets and achieve them. Forecast a yearly, strategic, med and long term sales plans. Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of markets and increase company''s share of the market by adding profitable new business and by maintaining business from existing customers in core product range and report the level of progress toward achieving sales objectives. Provide feedback on customer satisfaction, market gaps, product line demand. Manage a sales team, towards achieving company results. -Report sales results on periodical basis, to senior management on a monthly / quarterly / semi – annual and yearly basis. Support all sales activities, as well as pre-sales activities. - Train new sales people on company products. To meet and exceed all monthly revenue and new business targets by product. Other responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and loss prevention is also essential.
University degree, post graduate studies in Sales is an advantage. Interpersonal skills training is an addition. Work experience in multinational companies would be an advantage, at least 4 years in sales and management Skills. Sales, Communication, Decision-Making, Customer Service, Leadership, Problem Solving & Time Management.
