1. Tech Leads .Net - (Egypt & Kuwait)

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in managing teams, software design, and development of large scale desktop and web based application.
• Should have Business knowledge (Finance- SCM - HRMS - CRM)
• Should have experience with using RUP and other software methodologies.
  
• Certification will be a plus
• Should be aware of evaluating and setting objectives to employees.
• Should work on strict time lines.
  
• Should have fluent English language
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Should have excellent leadership skills and proven record of success.
• Should be aware of SQL server and IIS administration
  

The candidate should build and manage a .Net team to develop web and desktop applications for specific industries, including Retail, Manufacturing and Automotive. Candidates should be ready to travel as 25% to 40% of their time

2. Developers .Net - (Egypt & Kuwait)

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in development of large scale desktop and web based application.
• Should have Business knowledge (Finance- SCM - HRMS - CRM)

• Should work on strict time lines.
  
• Should have fluent English language
• Should have excellent communication and team work skills.
• Should be aware of SQL server administration.
• Certification will be a plus.

The candidate should work with a .Net team to develop web and desktop applications for specific industries, including Retail, Manufacturing and Automotive. Candidates should be ready to travel for 25% to 60% of their time
