Job description:
- Establishes objectives plans for the development of the compensation and benefits processes
within the company.
- Continually evaluates all company compensation policies and procedures and adds the needed
adjustments in order to match the competition within the market.
- Informs departments’ heads by new policies and provides consultation on compensation
problems.
- Manages the compensation & benefits capital budget and study the impact of this budget on the
year-to-year performance.
- Controls and revises the benefits programs within the company including medical insurance,
travel insurance and life insurance.
- Responsible for the screening and recruitment process.
- Coordinates with the line managers in the process of the final selection.
- Assists in preparing an annual plan for the hiring.
- Recommends training & development plans for employees based on performance results
(Training Needs assessment phase) & highlights to management areas of development
& succession including training.
- Management of training & development capital budget.


Knowledge & Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Demonstrated project management, supervisory skills and excellent communications,
negotiating and analytical skills.
