1. Engineering Manager (Ref. SP001) Apply Vacancies require a minimum of 8 years of technical experience in IP networks and VoIP within ISP environment. Candidates should be able to manage the overall technology direction and provide leadership for the engineering organization including: network design, configuration, network engineering, performance reporting, operation and maintenance.
2. Sector Sales Managers (Ref. SI001) Apply Vacancies require an Engineering or related degree along with 8-10 years of experience. A proven track record in selling complex telecom, IT and/or internet solutions and services is essential.
3. Senior Sales Account Managers (Ref. SI002) Apply Vacancies require an Engineering or related degree along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling IT/telecom solutions. The ability to manage large accounts and deliver account planning in addition to new account penetration is essential.
4. Senior Technical Support Engineers / Team Leaders (Ref. SI003) Apply
Vacancies require a degree in Communications Engineering along with 5 years of experience in system engineering. A solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: hardware (servers, SAN, etc.), operating systems and networking products (core switches, IP telephony, security, WiFi, WiMax, WAN, VoIP). CCIE is essential.
5. Senior Presales Engineers / Team Leaders (Ref. SI004) Apply
Vacancies require a degree in Communication Engineering along with a minimum of 4 years experience in system engineering, preferably in a key system integrator, knowledge of Microsoft exchange and Linux. Certification in one or more of these areas: security, IP telephony, content networking, or GSM/UMTS networks structure, protocols and terminology is essential. Successful candidates will be required to develop technical pre-sales solutions in addition to technical account plans.
6. Human Resources Manager (Ref. HR 001) Apply
Vacancies require a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a general HR role, with at least 3 years experience in managing a full-fledged HR function. The role would be ideally suited to a professional with previous experience in the CIT industry. A proven track record in HR planning, staffing, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations and organization development is essential.
7. Contracts/Legal Specialist (Ref. Legal 001) Apply
Vacancies require a BA of Law along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable legal firm specializing in drafting, reviewing and developing contracts. Exposure to international commercial law and a proven ability to interpret complex policy, legal, contractual or regulatory requirements and develop/manage effective contracts is essential. The position is ideally suited for a candidate having exposure to the CIT industry.
8. Business Analyst (Ref. BD 001) Apply
Vacancies require a degree in Engineering, Economics or Business along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a technology-based industry or consulting firm. Fluency in French is a must. The successful candidate will be required to conduct data analysis, reporting, benchmarking and business modeling; develop business cases, manage budgets & financial indices, define and recommend new business line requirements, and finally support business development and market research.
9. Market Development Researcher (Ref. Mktg 001) Apply
Vacancies require a degree in Marketing or Engineering along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in related fields. Fluency in French and the ability to travel are a must. Experience with Business Intelligence systems is an asset. The successful candidate will be required to design, implement, analyze, and manage market research studies about the CIT industry, emerging technologies and target countries as well as present and recommend directions to help our business meet its objectives.
