SC Customer Support Executive

Description :

-To upload all pre information' s (details of phone faults ) received from local and international customers on a daily basis

- To Update the Customer Database on a regular basis as and when information is received from the Principal company

- To effectively communicate and co ordinate with internal and external customers on Turn around time, urgent repairs etc.

- To prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure the performance of customers – Internal and External.

- To maintain and build a strong relationship with the customers to ensure smooth running of operations.

- To attend all relevant internal trainings in order to update enhance their knowledge on new phone technologies which help them to interact more effectively with the customers.

Qualifications :


§ Graduate in any field

§ 2-3 yrs experience in Customer Service in a reputed company

§ Fluency in English.

§ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

§ Strong MS Office and presentation skills

Salary (L.E.):
