Job Description Reporting to the Manager - Certified Cars,the candidate will be responsible for supervising showrooms units Sales, set targets for Salesmen, guide and motivate salesmen to achieve the departments sales target. Display units in the best way possible to entice customers arrange the units delivery process after review of all the related documentation. Prospecting, following up and closing sales. Implementation and coordination of all ISO activities within the department. Organize and oversee showroom safety and security requirements. Core Competencies for the position : Strong team Player, Planning and Organising, leadership, results oriented Customer or quality focus, communication, negotiation skills and people management skills. The Ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualification and experience: • A University Graduate with a minimum of 5 Years experience in selling vehicles, 3 Years of Which in a managerial position, preferably experience in certified cars sales. • Computer literate with proficiency in MS-Office. • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills. • Bilingual ( Arabic & English).
