One of the well known companies in the field of Food Manufacturing and FMCG with around 100 outlets in Egypt located in the industrial zone, Bassatin, New Maadi urgently requires the following vacancies:

1) Training Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • dentifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;
  • designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation' s and the individual's needs;
  • Plan departmental/ funcional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organisational planning and budgeting systems.
  • considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets: assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
  • Produce organisational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
  • working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers.
  • developing effective induction programmes;
  • Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to apprpriate standards.
  • Organise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attandance and delivery.
  • conducting appraisals;
  • devising individual learning plans;
  • producing training materials for in-house courses;
  • managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organisation;
  • monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers;
  • ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;
  • evaluating training and development programmes;
  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
  • amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
  • helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
  • supervising the work of trainers;
  • keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
  • using IT to produce training materials and manuals;
  • increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of spreadsheet, database and word processing packages Word and Excel
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Time, workload management and organisation skills, able to multi-task and prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical with an ability to interpret data and take appropriate action
2) COST CONTROLLER

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinates with the Management Department in issuing the selling prices for new products.
2. Responsible for issuing actual Cost Control for every cost centre and the whole Company.
3. Identifying the discrepancies between actual cost control and potential cost control for every cost centre and for the company as a whole.
4. Responsible for issuing over expenses reports and works for reducing it.
5. Coordinate for preparing the budget for the company.
6. Coordinate in revising the Company’s budget with the Finance Department.
7. Prepares training programs for the employees in the Cost Control Department according to their type of work for upgrading the employees' levels.
8. Preparing recipes for each product which could be renewed in needed.
9. Supervising the random check operations in the factory. Issuing the previous work in form of statistics for facilitating its representation to the Management Department.
10. Supervising the employees in Distribution and Dispatch.
11. A plan for the employees' holidays.
12. Evaluates the employees’ performance.
13. Plan for improving the work in the Department.
14. Responsible for the Cost Control bills and the prices of the products. Also responsible for preparing and revising the budget.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA Accounting.
- 3-5 years experience in the same position
- Analytical skills
- ERP application Knowledge.
- Good planning and management skills, ability to work with workers and direct them.
- Very good knowledge of food industry and HACCP
3) Accounting Supervisor - A/P


RESPONSIBILITIES/ MAIN DUTIES


• Set the policies and procedures of accounts payables activities, and ensure adherence to these policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounts payables (including Payments) and control the resolving of all discrepancies arise from the three way matching .
• Ensure proper documentation of all supplier-related transactions (Invoices and Debit and Credit Notes) and follow-up the collection of the outstanding Debit Notes.
• Resolve reconciliation issues with suppliers directly and strengthen relation with suppliers.
• Supervise statement reconciliation of supplier's accounts process.
• Supervise the issuance of all debit notes and Follow up on corrective actions regarding rejected debit notes and the payment of the Supplier's Debit notes.
• Prepare the supplier cash outflows.
• Prepare regular reports regarding supplier accounts settlements, accounts aging, and currency needs forecast.
• Handle all Tax issues related to the suppliers
• Assist in the year end closing.

Minimum Requirements

• BA - Accounting
• 5-7 years exp (3 at least in the same position)
• FMCG or Food Manufacturing companies
• Hands on experience in Oracle ERP
• Post graduate studies CMA, CIA, CPA ..etc
• Accounting & Auditing Principles
• Treasury skills and banks relationships is a plus
• Previous Audit exp. is a plus
• Strong Personality
• High command of Communication skills
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Fluent Reading, Writing, Speaking in both Lang. Arabic & English
• Hands on experience in Oracle ERP

العاملين :

1) التاكد من مواعيد الحضور والانصراف.

2) التاكد من الراحات والكافتريا.

3) التاكد من تواجد العاملين فى اماكنهم

4) متابعة نقص العمالة بالوردية.

5) التاكد من التزام العامل بالزى والنظافة الشخصية .

6) حل المشاكل للعاملين والرقابة على الامن الصناعى .

7) التاكد من الشهادات الصحية .

المصنع :

1) المشاكل الخاصة بالصيانة وكتابة تقرير فى نهاية كل وردية .

2) المسئول عن الطوارىء الادارية .

3) متابعة النظافة فى المصنع وخارجة.

4) يقوم بالتسلم والتسليم من والى مسئول الوردية الأخرى.

5) فى حالة الاجازة "Shift Leader " يتم العمل لمدة 12 ساعة.

فنياً :

1) يقوم ""Shift Leader برفع تقرير الى مدير عام الانتاج أو الشيف العمومى .

2) التأكد من ان الكمية المطلوبة تم انتاجها.

3) التاكد من ان ساعات العمل الاضافية مطلوبة و تمت بالفعل.

4) التأكد من كفاية الإنتاج.

5) متابعة عجز الخامات.

6) متابعة تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج.

7) يقوم بتصميم و بناء عمليات الإنتاج و تفاصيلها.

8) متابعة عمليات الإنتاج و إجراءاته و جودته و أتباع الوصفات الصحيحة.

9) عمل قوائم فحص لعمليات الإنتاج .

Shift Leader

Staff

1. Ensuring the attendance of the staff according to the assigned shifts.

2. Supervise break times and the cafeteria. Ensuring that each employee used his break timely and is available in his work station otherwise.

3. Ensuring employees are at their places.

4. Follow up staff shortage.

5. Ensuring employees compliance with the uniform and the personal hygiene.

6. Supervising the safety.

7. Ensuring the health certificates.

Factory:

8. Solving employees' problems regarding maintenance and writing the report at the end of each shift.

9. Responsible for the managerial emergencies.

10. Follow up on the cleanliness inside and outside the factory.

11. Responsible for the shift transfer between different work shifts.

12. Working 12 hours/day in case shift leader is off.

Technically:

13. Reporting to the Production General Manager or the Executive Chef.

14. Ensuring that the quantity of the production requested is the quantity that was produced.

15. Ensuring that the overtime hours are needed and performed as per schedule.

16. Ensuring production efficiency.

17. Follow up short of material

18. Follow up the execution of production plan.

19. Designing and building the production process.

20. Invent and apply check lists for the processes.

21. Follow up the production process, procedures, quality and recopies.
