Our client is a big company seeking for Product Launch Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1- Implementing project management methodology to deliver releases on time and on budget. This includes SOP documentation to follow declaring time and cost per each stage.

2- Develop best practice product development project plan starting from objective up to placement of first buying order.

3- Compile all necessary requirements related to Supply, manufacturing, distribution channels and sales policies, service center and Product Category and ERP implementation.

4- Conducting internal and external communication related to business requirements for product documentation and training materials.

5- Coordinate with product supplier and Brand Department to produce product necessary supplements. These include samples, manuals, labels, packaging, training and launch events and plans.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor degree is required.

2- PMP certified

3- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management for products or services, including:

a. Product supplementary materials development and execution

b. Project management, including the use of standard project management tools and techniques

c. Developing SOP

d. Organizing and facilitating cross-functional and intra-team meetings

4- Communication and presentation skills.

5- Fluency in English

6- Strong experience in using MS-Office, especially MS-Project and Visio in process flowcharting and project planning and scheduling.
