Title: Software Technical Support

Job Requirements:

- B.S of Commerce or business administration English section is preferred

- Fluent in English " Speaking, writing, and reading: is a must

- Good knowledge in software development especially "ERP" applications

- Business background is preferred including "Accounting receivable, accounting payable and general ledger"

- Ability to think logically;

- A good memory of how software and operating systems work;

- Listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

- Ability to work well in a team;

- Problem-solving skills

- A strong customer focus

- Ability to prioritize your workload;

- Attention to detail
