Main purpose of the Job:

To design, deliver and promote people development and training solutions in order to support NEAR Business Development and to create a culture of performance, continuous improvement, managerial excellence and pride. Ensure the best sourcing & delivery services of all required talents as well as identifying new methods of sourcing candidates & attracting the best Talents for the Market

Ensure Manpower and Personnel Cost Planning

Main Responsibilities:

As a Leader of the team :

- Propose and implement the strategy for Development and training to support Business

- Manage Team members Performance and Development to achieve the objectives.

- Manage budget. Demonstrate and promote Nestle values and principles

In People Development

- Design and implement People Development strategies aligned to Corporate Management Development Initiatives

- Define and Implement the Performance & Development Cycle in coherence with other Key HR processes like Resource planning and Compensation and Benefits

- Ensure the implementation and quality of evaluation practices with a clear focus on performance and leadership behaviors

- Drive Succession Planning to ensure constant renewal of Management and Key positions

- Drive talent pool identification and plan the career development of `performing talent'.

- Ensure Career Development is part of the Reward & Recognition scheme to recognize exceptional performance based on leadership behaviors in relation with HROM.

- Establish competencies for jobs and create visible career paths

In Training:

- Develop and implementing a competency based training curriculum where employees can attend training programs addressing their training gaps.

- Supervise the overseas trainings, and organize leadership programs to equip our management at all levels with the right tools

- Manage, co-ordinate and evaluate training (local, regional, international) and development plans based on needs to ensure staff are trained to be effective in current roles and those with potential are developed for future roles.

- Develop preferred supplier relationships with reputable training houses to provide cost effective off the job training programmes for programmes for which there is no internal resource

In Recruitment

- Design and manage the headcount budget process for the dynamic forecast in relation with HROM, C&B and Finance, as well as the monthly reports and recruitment KPIs.

- Design and implement cutting edge recruitment solutions and processes in line with business requirements, competitive practices.

- Ensure the consistency of job description in relation with C&B, managing the database for NEAR

- Source, screen, interview candidates for all senior management positions.

- Responsible for the selection and contracting of recruitment agencies and consultants, and negotiates with them the content, material and fees.

- Train line managers and HR staff to competency based interview methods.

- Drive the process of project selection, performance management and placement of Management Trainees

Required Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum Years of Experience: 10-15 years as HR generalist and specialist, consultancy exposure is a plus.

· Education required: Master in one of these areas: Administration, HR, Marketing.

· Sound knowledge of Organization and People Development

· Specific knowledge : facilitation skills, presentation skills, management, business acumen,

· international exposure and intercultural awareness

· Fluent in Arabic and English
