Duties/Responsibili ties:

· Create and edit Web Contents for our clients' websites

· Write Product Manuals and User Guides as well as Product Pages and Product Brochures text.

· Collaborate with our Product Managers on the organization and preparation of requirements documents

· To research, write, edit and publish the following types of documentation:

o Developers Kit Documentation

o User Guides and Manuals

o User Installation Instructions

o Release Notes

o Reference Guides

o Internal User Documentation

o Creating Technical diagrams

· Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

· Excellent English writing skills

· BS/BA or equivalent work experience

· Strong Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop

· Ability to write for a range of audiences: engineers, authors, producers, educators, grant makers, specialists in a variety of subjects

· Ability to interact/cooperate with product managers, programmers, designers, administrators, teachers, and students as needed

· Strong ability to estimate level-of-effort and schedules

· Must be detail oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once.

· Excellent creative, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
