CURRENTLY, a company specialized in medical & scientific equipments fields has a vacant job of HR Development Specialist for its branch in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Details are as follows:
Responsibilities of Individual Requested:
· Training needs assessment.
· Setting and executing training programs.
· Conducting Soft Skills training courses
· Implementation of performance management.
· Team building and quality improvement Programs.
Other Pertinent Skills and Qualifications required:
– At least 4 years experience in international environment.
– Experience in conducting Soft Skills training courses.
– Fluency in both Arabic and English languages written and spoken
– Ability to travel outside Egypt
– Age preferred from 26 to 35 years old
Salary & package:
- Salary, housing system, and airline tickets system are negotiable.
- The company provides bonus, medical insurance, life insurance, annual vacation, holidays, sick leaves, funeral leaves, and educational assistance.
