	Position	:	Diving Superintendent
	Work Location	:	Abu Dhabi
	Job Duration	:	Long Term (Direct Hire)

Job Profile: Assist in establishing a Diving Division to support Offshore Operations. Responsible for all offshore diving activities and mobilization of diving equipment and personnel Offshore management of all offshore project diving related activities. Coordinate with diving subcontractor for all diving related issues Review all diving document related to offshore sub sea works Review and approval all divers CV's and certificates. Coordinate with clients for diving crew and equipment acceptance/approval Review and approve diving subcontractor procedures. Follow up diving requirements on daily bases for all offshore project. Ensure that divers provided by subcontractor are experience and qualified. Ensure that the equipment/material provided by contractor (diving) is suitable for the intended project. Ensure that the mobilization of diving spread is done in timely manner. Coordinate with project management teams for all divining issues. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES Very good standard of written and spoken English and well developed reports. Very good communications skill. Very good planning and organization skill. Good understand and reads technical drawings Strong diving superintendent experiences- team leader Successfully completed high school and 15 years relevant experience in diving supervisor and superintendent.
