Required for a reputable company
· Accountant
o Bachelor degree in accounting
o 3-5 years experience
o Post graduate studies (preferred)
o Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
o Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
o Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
o Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
o Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
o Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
o Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
· Admin
o Very Good English language
o Creating and maintaining filing systems
o Filing of correspondence in/out
o Setting up and maintenance of filing systems as and when required as works progress
o Preparing document transmittal forms
o Very Good Computer skills
o Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
o Keeping diaries and making appointments for staff
o Arranging meetings and taking minutes, book and prepare meeting rooms and provide/arrange hospitality
· Operator
o Good English and computer skills
o Aware of the phone conversation etiquette
o Capable of creating and maintaining filing system
o Handling In/Out correspondents
Candidates are preferred to be Heliopolis or Nasr City residents
