• Trouble shoot windows problems & find fast solution for it
• Good command in English
• Good at using office mainly (excel & outlook)
• Ability to maintain the network cables
• Work in a team ,
• Work under stress & pressure
• Ability to gain new technology fast
• Able to work within a week or 10 days after being informed

But you will be responsible for user problems in a domain server environment , solving their day problems & stuff like these
