A leading IT company in Egypt is seeking for Senior Business Application Consultant (ERP) - (Cairo Citizen) for the internal development with the following:




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS:

· Investigates, analyzes and recommends & implements appropriate applications and systems to contribute business applications as CRM (Customer relation management) & ERP (Enterprise resource planning) in achieving their objectives and to produce better results.

· Analyzes the advantages & disadvantages of proposed application

· Trains & assists users on the applied application

· Works on the business enhancement, development by testing new applications

· Works on providing high quality care and service to our application's users

· Works on optimizing application usage through workflow design, system build activities and users training

· Works collaboratively with process design, testing and interfaces development teams for implementation and release management

· Produces written documentation for project system and offer recommendations for implementation plans



QUALIFICATIONS:

· Familiar with SQL server, Windows operations systems

· Very good English Language.

· Computer science, engineering graduate.

· Required experience 3-4 years
