Requirements:
Providing administrative support regularly to all staff- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Registering/ keeping filing system of incoming and outgoing letters and official documents
- Arranging meetings with local experts, governmental agencies and officials, international organizations and projects
- Preparing official letters
- Preparing meeting minutes, when needed
- Assist with all office related duties
- Sort incoming mail by department and route accurately. Sort, fold, and stuff outgoing mail
- Enter fax, mail, and web orders. Take back up customer service calls
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor

Salary:
Negotiable and based on experience
