1. ERP Manager

-Job Summary:
The ERP Manager supervises a team of ERP Consultants & developers to
design and implement high quality ERP solutions. This is a staff
management position that is responsible for and accountable to mentor
technical staff in design and development processes and to plan, lead,
assign, supervise and control activities related to the ERP Projects.

-Education & Experience Required
-B.S. Degree in Engineering / Computer Sciences / Business Administration
oMinimum 3 years Managing Technical Staff
oMinimum 6 years experience in ERP consulting / development

-Knowledge & Skills Required
oDemonstrated skills in leadership and communication
oExperience with staff performance evaluations, mentoring and career
development
oAbility to gain confidence of and collaborate with the staff to
mentor and lead them in solution design & development work
oExperience building solutions that meet requirements and are
delivered on-time
oAccustomed to working in a team environment with strong configuration
management and Source Code control systems in place

2. ERP Functional Consultant

-Job Summary:
The ERP Consultant will participate in the ERP implementation projects
from analyzing the customer's business requirements to design the
required solution and configuring the ERP system to meet the
customer's needs.

The Development Consultant is responsible for the design and
