contract basis for a startup Canadian company, managed by egyptian
Engineers, then you can read the following:

Two talented artists are required for "Yakootah Software Solutions"
outsourcing projects.

The project specifications are as follows:
Job tasks of each project will be sent by e-mail, then discussed using
online chat tools/phone. Each project is expected to take an average of
100 hours.
Payments will be arranged with the candidate according to the progress and
hourly rate is 20-25 EGP per hour.
Based on your performance, you may join us for more projects in the future.

Successful candidates will be interviewed by our Egyptian coordinator who
will also be responsible for handling the initial work instruction besides
