· Responsible for preparing the Annual Maintenance program of his Rigs.
· Responsible for the safety of his Rigs.
· Responsible for “HSEQ” of his Rigs.
· Responsible for authorizing “MR” from Rig.

· Responsible for QHSE of crew working under him.
· Responsible for keeping all historical records of his equipment like engines / generators, etc.
