Jobe Duties:
Financial reporting according to IFRS standards.

Job Duties:

Monitoring Bank Balances
Follow up currency rate and availability on daily basis and particiapte in FX deals with dealing room.
Day to day banks communication to establish useful relationships with banks.
Cash management (Sahring the preparationcash flow).
Follow up post dated cheques collection to ensure its collection and forecast the liquidity.
Reviewing of financial expenses and bank charges like overdraft and discounting cheques with & without resourse (Factoring) and another bank commission.
Follow up Inward Documents for Collection till transfer due date.
Prepare all banking wire transfer by letter instruction or by Net bank and follow up its excution.
Handling all bank transaction on SAP modules.
Follow up the outstanding in Bank reconciliation with FRA.
Responsible for issuing of L/G's, L/C's and follow up its maturities.
Answer any inquiry related to treasury business.

Necessary Qualifications:

University graduate- Bachelor of commerce (Accounting Major).
Good knowledge of Excel.
Good communication skills.
Hard and smart worker with a strong analytical skills.
1-3 years experience.

Salary Range: L.E. 2500 - 3500

e-Cristal/Administr ation Assistant


-Assisting the e-Cristal Supervisor in maintaining the daily, weekly and monthly database control of e-cristal Health and Safety Management System (i.e. uploading data, creating access for users)

- Assisting inFollowing up and coordinating clients' database.

- Assisting in Preparing weekly, monthly and semi-Annual Reports

- Assisting in communicating with with UK head office for any updates or errors pertaining to e-Cristal

- Any tasks pertaining to e-Cristal

- Any tasks requested by the Office Manager

- Any tasks requested by the Vice Chairman

Requirements: -

- 1-2 years of Experience in Administration

- Bachelors Degree in Administration, computers, or any relevant area

- Literacy in Computer Software and MS Office Skills is a must
