Welding/Mechanical Inspectors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform Inspection activities and its reporting as per given scope of work.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

5 + years experience in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry;

Excellent Knowledge of Inspection techniques in Oil & Gas Industrial sector;

Mandatory to hold certification in welding:

CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 Welding Inspector or

AWS Certified Welding Inspector

Thorough Knowledge of codes such as: ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 620, AWS D1.1

Essential to hold certification for ASTN Level II (VT, MT, RT or UT)

Inspectors holding RTFI certification with Saudi ARAMCO approvals will be preferred;

Good communication in English, both written & spoken;

Good organizational and computer skills;

International, UAE or Saudi Driving License is an advantage;

Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

QA/QC Mechanical Inspectors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform Inspection activities and its reporting as per given scope of work.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

5 + years experience in mechanical construction. Familiar with steel structure erection, onsite fit up and welding inspection, inspection and handover of civil foundations, grouting, review of material test certificates, maintain complete site construction QC file including material identification, non destructive testing reports, site ITP’s, painting and coating of steel etc.

Excellent Knowledge of Inspection techniques in construction.

Knowledge in material standards and welding codes (AWS, ASME & API )

Good communication in English, both written & spoken;

Good organizational and computer skills;

International, UAE or Saudi Driving Licence is an advantage;

Coating Inspectors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases of critical coating applications in accordance with recognized methods and industry standards;

Mandatory to hold certification in:

NACE Level II Critical Coating Certification

CSWIP Level I, or equivalent

Candidates with Saudi ARAMCO approvals will be preferred;

Quality System Auditors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform Inspection & Audit activities and its reporting as per given scope of work.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

A University degree in relevant discipline;

10 + years experience in the field of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections or auditing in manufacturing plants;

Excellent Knowledge of Inspection techniques in Oil & Gas Industrial sector;

Auditors shall be qualified as stated in ISO 10011 and competent in the discipline being audited;

Familiar with Quality System standards and be able to exercise judgement against the criteria of the standards;

Successful candidates will demonstrate their auditing experience through logbook;

Good communication in English, both written & spoken;

Good organizational and computer skills;

International, UAE or Saudi Driving Licence is an advantage;

Quality Control Supervisors

Communication Inspectors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent;

3 + years experience in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry;

Essential to have thorough working knowledge of telecommunications and be familiar with:

North American or International telecommunications Standards;

Building Industry Consulting Services International – Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (BICSI-TDMM) ;

National Electrical Codes;

National Safety Codes or equivalents.

Plumbing Inspectors

Electrical Inspectors

A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;

5 + years experience in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry;

Excellent Knowledge of Inspection techniques in Oil, Gas and petrochemical Industries sector on electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications and hazardous location identifications;

Essential to have thorough working knowledge of recognized codes such as National Electric Code / NFPA 70 or equivalent standard;

Good communication in English, both written & spoken;

Good organizational and computer skills;

International Driving Licence is preferred;

Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

HVAC Inspectors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential to have thorough working knowledge of recognized codes such as Sheet Metal and Air conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) or equivalent standard.

Civil Inspectors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform Inspection activities and its reporting as per given scope of work.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.

3 + years experience in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry;

Excellent Knowledge of Inspection techniques in Oil & Gas Industrial sector;

Essential to have thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as Uniform Building Code (UBC) or equivalent standard.

Good communication in English, both written & spoken;

Good organizational and computer skills;

International Driving Licence is preferred;

Petroleum Laboratory Chemists

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering and/or relevant educational qualification;

Minimum of 5 years experience in Refinery or Petroleum/Petrochem ical Testing laboratory.

Working knowledge of Gas Chromatography, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, Microcoulometry and general laboratory instrumentation;

Highly motivated who believe in delivering results;

Excellent planning, coordination, reporting and organization skills;

Excellent communication in English, both written & spoken (Arabic is an advantage);

Computer skills, and experience with MS Office software such as Word, Excel, Power Point;
