Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Certifications (A+, MCP) (preferred).

Experience
Hands on experience working with computer hardware/software

Skills

Troubleshoot hardware / software on users' machines
Assist with various IT and administrative activities
Manage user accounts as per company's policy
Follow up with users on their open cases
Excellent understanding of WAN, LAN architectures, telecommunication,
Excellent understanding of software, OS and hardware troubleshooting
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, Virus detection, email and
internet browser
Excellent problem solving skills and knowledge
Ability to work in both team environments and as an individual
contributor.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic &
English.
