Job : Technical support

Main Responsibility
1. Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common
network problems.
2. Upgrades network hardware and software components as required.

3. Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory
structures, rights. security and software on file servers.

4. Provides users with network technical support.

5. Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their
access or resources on the network.

6. Establishes network users, user environment, directories, and
security for networks being installed.

Tasks
1. User PC setup on network
2. User Telephone Setup on Central
/.
3. Update Anti virus Engine
4. Monitor status of network perform
5. Improve and enhance the overall performance or network
6. Report the users and their access rights

• Job Requirements

1. Fifth year college or university program certificate.
2. Certificate course in network infrastructure.
3. Ability to read .analyze technical procedures,
4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from clients.

1. Support Hardware maintains
2. Support Network Topology maintains
3. Customer Support and help desk
