International telecom company seeks to hire qualified professional as a:

Store administrator:

Responsibilities:

- Managing NFM spare parts & monitors the shortage items.

- Insure all NFM spares are available in regional offices and main store in Mokattam to reduce the network MTTR and enhance network availability.

- Enhance the workflow to increase the spare availability, (Reviewing Faulty report, Daily log sheet,…..)

Daily Activities:

- Tracking daily transactions "Daily log sheet".

- Monitor stock level "shortage items".

- Keep the store organized and neat.

- Bi-Weekly store physical count.

- Swap & Repair dispatches (Check the faulty reports for defected items).

- Issuing & Receiving spare parts for Main office and regional offices.

Work experience:

- 2 years experience in relative field

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Here’s what you should bring to the table:

- University degree. "Commercial degree preferred"

- Computer skills. "Excel-Good, WinWord, Power point"

- Language "English good"

- Good personal skills and communication skills.

- Work under presser and hard work.
