Business Development Manager to meet its aggressive
expansion plans.

Arx ICT is a Software Research and Development house
specializing in software offshore development.

Job Description:

* Identify and pursue new Leads US & Europe in the
Software industry.
* Ensure rapid and accurate response to inquiries and
follow up of proposals and contracts.
* Help in development of a strategic plan.
* Assisting management in business development and
growth.

Requirements/ Candidate Profile:

* Hands-on experience in a Software Development
environment.
* Planning and organizing, influencing and
negotiating.
* Ability to develop and sustain effective new
business relationships.
* Self motivated and dependable, goes far and beyond
to achieve the goals.
* Problem solver and ability to deal with different
personalities.
* Strong with managing, organizing and leadership
skills.

Qualifications:
* BA/BS in MIS, CS Business or associated degree
required, MBA or MA/MS desired.
* IT Background: Degree, studies or work experience
* Have relevant experience in business development in
an IT company.
* Fluent in English written and spoken.
